Brian Kibbel and Emily Fossie cleaning the Chapel Lounge

The Community Chapel is a little church on Main St. in Glens Falls NY. The Empire Club cleans the chapel every Monday and Thursday. We clean two levels.

On Mondays we clean the lower level, which includes Fellowship Hall, where public meetings and family dinners are held, 2 bathrooms, and 2 kitchen areas. When we are done we have a snack before returning to The Empire Club.

On Thursdays we clean the main level. The main level includes the church, a children’s nursery, 2 bathrooms, the church office and a lounge. We then have a snack before returning to Empire Club.

We at Empire Club enjoy the outing. We like cleaning and the snack. We also enjoy talking to the minister. It makes us feel good to know we are helping others.
